Do I need to choose just one service?

Not at all. You’re welcome to mix and match services or start with a discovery call to explore what feels right.

Are your sessions online or in person?

Both are available. I offer in-person sessions in the Wellington region and online coaching for clients anywhere in the world.

Is this like therapy?

Coaching is not therapy, but it can be deeply therapeutic. If something is outside my scope, I’ll refer you to the right support.
